Athena

In an accounting firm, daily coordination depends on many pieces of information: who is operational, which client each person is working on, which activities are assigned, which tasks are completed and which data is needed for control, export or billing. Athena brings this work into a dedicated management system, connecting time clock entries, tasks, time reports, clients, divisions, contracts, permissions and notifications.

Kuama set up the project as a web application with a .NET API backend and Vue frontend. The backend concentrates operating rules, roles, permissions, data, exports and integrations; the web app translates these flows into daily views and actions. The separation between API and interface made it possible to evolve time tracking, timesheets, task templates, assignments, advanced filters, external users, reports, billing and CSV exports.

The result is a structured management foundation for tracking attendance and assigned activities, with a shared reference for managers, operators and administrators. The product has grown through continuous work on flows, fixes and releases; its impact on time, managed volumes and business results can be measured with operational data shared with the client.
