/ What
Righetto Sposa needed an operational tool to make daily work around orders, items, sizes, availability and goods preparation more organized. In fashion retail, inconsistent data on size, item code or barcode can slow down the warehouse, generate manual checks and make the relationship between sales, administration and logistics less fluid.
/ How
Kuama worked on SpaceLog, a Windows desktop application based on .NET 8 and WPF, organizing flows around existing databases, item management, EAN13, production, picking, packing, labels and operational logs. Keeping the application close to warehouse processes, with CSV import/export, PDF generation and centralized rules for sizes and product types, allows operators to work on more coherent data without multiplying tools and manual steps.
/ The_result
The result is a more controllable warehouse management system: operators can simulate and verify availability, prepare picking missions, generate labels and keep track of operations on a more stable application base. For the store and back office this means less ambiguity between item, size, barcode and order, with more readable and maintainable processes.

Sizes and codes as shared rules
The most relevant technical point is the normalization of size and product type rules. Moving this logic into shared utilities and services reduces differences between modules, labels, barcodes, master data and availability simulations: a small technical choice on the surface, but decisive when operational work depends on code and size precision.
A mobile app and dedicated API to make the signing of Parpas technicians' field service reports more traceable.
A web platform to organize attendance, assignments, clients and activity progress in accounting firms.
