My First Alert

My First Alert was created for a context where the app must remain simple even when the user feels exposed while walking. The work involved a mobile system to quickly send an alert to trusted contacts, keeping alert context, available location and profile management together without turning a critical moment into a complex sequence of steps.

Kuama worked on a Flutter/Dart base supported by native Android and iOS components dedicated to background location tracking. This architecture keeps a coherent user experience across platforms while handling permissions, background execution and operating system behavior specifically. MFA issues also show work on the Pro app, login, password reset, back office, CSV user import, privacy policy and store publication constraints: all useful pieces to govern the product beyond the single alert flow.

The result is a multi-component mobile platform designed to reduce friction in the essential steps: sending an alert, managing trusted contacts, tracking location and administering Pro users. The platform provides a clearer and more maintainable technical foundation, able to separate the Flutter experience from native logic where reliability, permissions and background tracking are decisive.
