/ What
Proevo needed a portal able to support highly intertwined internal processes: customer and site registries, training, estimates, contracts, planned invoices, document requirements, authorizations and technical deadlines. The work was not just about collecting data, but about making it clearer who must do what, what state a case is in and which information training, administration, technical and occupational health departments need to move forward without constant manual realignment.

Kuama built a Next.js and TypeScript web app with a MariaDB data model managed through Drizzle ORM, NextAuth authentication, modular UI and server-side flows for validations, permissions and coherent updates. Application areas are organized by domain: customers, sites, employees, courses, e-learning, estimates, contracts, planned invoices, documents, requirements and authorizations. This structure allows the same operational data to be connected to several departments: an estimate can feed courses and contracts, a course can update students and certificates, a deadline can remain visible in technical and document views. Tables, filters, badges, PDFs and status controls reduce the risk of work happening outside the system and make responsibilities and progress more readable.
/ The_result
The result is a management portal that puts in the same environment steps that previously risked being distributed across departments and different tools. Operators can follow cases, customers, training, documents and administration with greater continuity; status constraints help avoid inconsistent changes; dedicated views allow training, administration, technicians and occupational health to work on the same data with more explicit responsibilities. The product has grown through continuous releases and improvements; its impact on time and cost can be measured more precisely together with the client.

Training allocations connected to the estimate cycle
The most interesting technical point is the connection between estimates, training items, courses and e-learning through allocations and available quantities. Instead of treating training and administration as separate flows, the portal uses application rules and data migrations to keep budgets, hours, items and courses aligned. The operational benefit is concrete: when an estimate or course changes, the system can guide operators toward coherent choices and reduce manual checks between training and administration.
A Flutter mobile app to send alerts to trusted contacts while walking, with native Android/iOS components dedicated to location tracking.
A B2B portal integrated with eSolver to make orders, price lists, promotions and backoffice processes more controllable for customers, agents and internal operators.
