B2B Bonin

Cicli Bonin needed to evolve its B2B portal into an operational tool able to support orders, promotions, availability, price lists and after-sales processes connected to the eSolver management system. The work involved professional customers, agents, administration and internal operators: all roles that, every day, need to read coherent data and turn it into orders or back-office activities without redundant manual steps.

Kuama designed a modern web portal based on Next.js, React, TypeScript and Supabase, integrating scripts and dedicated flows to synchronize customer records, agents, items, prices, quantities, payment methods, promotions and notifications from eSolver. The new architecture better separates shop and back office, introduces more granular application roles, media management, paginated exports, shared carts, conversational returns and observability tools. Every technical choice aims to make complex commercial data more governable: prices and promotions come from the management system, checkout exposes relevant conditions and constraints, and operators can intervene on content and catalog with greater autonomy.

The result is a B2B portal better suited to the real work of the sales network and administration: orders and carts are more controllable, promotions and price lists are more readable during the purchase path, exports and synchronizations have more robust logic, and the back office offers specific tools for catalog, media, users and returns. The comparison with the previous Laravel/Vue codebase mainly shows a maintainability shift: the new system concentrates frontend, server actions, tests and integrations into a more uniform TypeScript stack, reducing the cost of evolving B2B flows over time.
